I have a good friend who is looking at lighting that is 50's inspired, when I started looking I realized how much lighting is mimicking that era right now. I thought I would share a few of my favorites from the past few weeks. Most of the interiors I have been lusting over for the last year are white, grey, and soft pastel colors. But the olive green brown and amber look from the 50's is quite refreshing!

These chandeliers from Trans Globe are similar to the ones in the Hotel House in Istanbul shown below. I just ordered the smaller one for our showroom! I really like the modern take on such a classic chandelier.

I can't even see what the lights are in the picture above I just LOVE the ceiling, the walls and really I don't mind the floors either. WOW it's all so beautiful!!!

I have seen a lot of dining rooms and work spaces, like the one above, with long rectangle tables and two stunning chandeliers. I saw this today on Coco + Kelley and thought it would be great to share. I of course think two chandeliers are better than just one!

I am so in love with this space! Again I LOVE ceiling medallions and crystal chandeliers and the big french doors don't hurt either.
